[RANK5=John Hyon Ko] Ahmed "The Prince" Faress has quietly developed into one of the most dangerous bantamweights in the world. The fighting style he possesses is very explosive and the fluidity of his movement memorizes opponents.

The Saracens MMA product has a "kill or be killed" attitude whenever he enters the cage which has given him a 100% finishing rate in all fourteen of his victories. Picking up belts along his journey has been a theme and he plans to continue this in his Phoenix FC debut.

Ahmed Faress will move back up to featherweight to face French warhorse Chabane Chaibeddra in Adu Dhabi at Phoenix FC 6 on April 5.

The 26-year-old spoke with John Hyon Ko about the talent coming out of the Middle East, understanding that politics plays a role in fighters being signed, Brave CF not giving him fights, his plan of finishing Chabane Chaibeddra, preparing at Phuket Top Team, and more.
