[RANK5=John Hyon Ko] Marciea Allen will make her return to the Invicta FC cage on May 4 in Kansas City, Missouri against undefeated Julia Avila.

She has been out of competition for the last two years to focus on her business, Midwest Performance, yet she was still training and upgrading her skill set.

In this interview, the "Black Widow" spoke with John Hyon Ko about training at some of the top gyms (Team Alpha Male, Roufusport) across America during the last two years, endurance being her biggest asset, going into her return with momentum and more.
