[RANK5=John Hyon Ko] UFC women's featherweight champion Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino will be making her first title defense at UFC 219 in Las Vegas against the former UFC women's bantamweight champion Holly Holm.
Justino, the former Strikeforce and Invicta FC champ, is only three fights into her UFC career but widely considered the greatest female fighter of all time. She is currently riding an 18-fight win streak and has not gone to a decision since 2008. She snatched up the strap at UFC 214 at the end of July by dismantling Tonya Evinger in the third round.
Holm, who is mostly recognized as the fighter that dethroned Ronda Rousey in Australia, is getting a chance against another legend of the sport for the biggest prize even though she is 1-3 in her last four outings. She actually fought for the inaugural featherweight title and lost a close decision to Germaine de Randamie at UFC 208 in early 2017.
This collision course is scheduled to headline the event on December 30 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Other notable fights that stack the lineup are Khabib Nurmagomedov versus Edson Barbosa, Carlos Condit versus Neil Magny, and Gokhan Saki versus Khalil Rountree.
