The heavy-handed demolition machine started off by winning the first-ever Openweight Tournament in 2016 and had the golden strap wrapped around his waist. He carried that crown and defended the title twice in devastating fashion.

Now, he is entering another Openweight Grand Prix with a laundry list of notable names but this time he is the target as the title-holder.

The ROAD FC Openweight Champion will face PRIDE/UFC veteran Gilbert Yvel in the opening round of the 2018 Openweight Grand Prix at ROAD FC 47 in Beijing, China on May 12.

In this interview, "Mighty Mo" spoke with John Hyon Ko about putting the pressure on Gilbert Yvel, wanting to redeem himself against Alexandru Lungu, ring rust, working with William Sripyapai and more.
